It’s been quite a while since we last posted any photos, and the reason is that we just haven’t been shooting. January is just one of those months, its just too cold to leave the house, and if you do the last thing you want to do is go shooting outside for a few hours.
My sister Jackelyn and her beau Brandon have photos taken by us every year in the winter, and she finally dragged me out of my warm house for a session. We went to the McLaren Art Center’s Gallery in Barrie, Ontario for the first half of the shoot and then to the Barrie Lakeshore Marina for the other half.
This year, our goal is to tell more stories, more candidly. Not only do we want to capture beautiful images but we want to capture couples enjoying themselves together, and not just posing for our cameras all the time.
So here are some pics of Jackelyn & Brandon, not just posing for our cameras.
Enjoy!
Erika & Ryan
