Last night we were watching TVO because it is photography month and a photographer made an interesting statement, he said something to the tune of
“I don’t know why people feel the need to document every moment of their lives with photographs. It seems like ever since facebook and small digital cameras everyone has to document everything.”
Comments like this make me very frustrated because I believe that photography changes the world! Next to the written word photography is , in my opinion, the best form of documentation. If you had a family as adorable, and as wonderful as this family below how could you not want to photograph every moment in your life together?
You can’t, its that simple.
Elke Rubach is the owner of Cake For You, and is about to be a momma for a 3rd time! We were so happy that she called us to photograph her whole family, even her sister who came all the way from Mexico. These photos were taken in a swanky law office downtown Toronto where Elke’s husband works. It started to pour 30 mins before our family photo session, but we were lucky enough to have a great place to take photos.
