Commercial Portraits

In 2016 we built quite a large commercial photography portfolio. Some of which has been featured already on this blog. From photoshoots for Hotel Ranga in Iceland, Borghinvilla in Jamaica, commercial portraits for ebay/Kijiji, many, many business headshots for CIBC, RBC and Century 21 across Ontario and a food and health blogger in Alberta. But some of our most favourite types of photography happen locally. Between Muskoka and Toronto. In peoples homes, in their neighbourhoods, and studios. The commercial photography we were able to create and the relationships we have built with the talented women featured in this blog post have inspired us to keep creating commercial portraits in this style. 

Their skills are vast and their resumes are long, and we couldn’t be happier to share a few of our favourite images from their commercial photoshoots with you today.

“It was sooooo hot! lol I had a great time smiling , trying not to giggle through the whole shoot. Absolutely loved using local backdrops and location throughout Barrie. I was trying to make different smiles but as you can see I have one good one!  I blame my parents for teaching me the big smile rule while taking pictures growing up. Found out that pink is my colour and I do some weird things with my hands, if only you could see some bloopers!”

I have been photographing weddings and portraits since 2001. Since 2004 opening my own company I have photographed thousands of people from all over the world. My work has brought me many awards, and I am listed as one of the Top 25 Most Inspiring Photographers in Canada, and also listed on Junebug Weddings Best of the Best Wedding & Engagement Photographers in the World.
