Finally the first wedding of the season! We are so excited to show off this one. Denise & Adrion Smith had the most fun and entertaining wedding we have ever been too. Not only was the food good, the music awesome and venue beautiful but so many aspects usually over looked aspects of the wedding really caught my eye at this one. First of all, we have been to well over 100 weddings and a very large percent of ceremonies preach 1 Corinthians 13:4, but you have never heard “Love is patient, love is kind…” until you have heard the words so soulfully spoken by Canadian Football legend Pinball Clemons. Then, like most receptions guests played cheesy games to get the couple to kiss. In this case guests were asked to sing a love song. This is probably the first wedding we have been to where the guests were all actually good singer’s rappers and beatboxers. Tie that together with speeches that were so well spoken they make strangers like us cry, and a couple so madly in love the entire room could feel it and you have one heck of a wedding celebration! I think I cried twice that day, once when Denise was telling me how much she loved Adrion while she was getting ready, then during speeches. We really loved shooting this wedding.
