This sweet little Muskoka Hillside Farm wedding is by the one and only Luca, and by far one of my favourites. When you think of Muskoka your thoughts probably gravitate to lakeside resorts, cottages, small summer towns and cute shops. Its okay, thats how I used to see it too. But this summer we had the pleasure of visiting Hillside Farm, just down the street from Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville. So if you have ever dreamed of an outdoor rehearsal dinner with a bonfire by the lake, and a barn themed wedding, it is now possible in Muskoka. Tracy & Rob were married early this summer and blended those two ideas perfectly for their Muskoka wedding.
The kicked off the weekends festivities with an afternoon of golf before the rehearsal dinner for family and friends. A bbq on the lake with lobster and every other food group under the sun, hosted by Deerhurst Resort. Then the wedding day at the rustic, yet so elegant Hillside Farm. Tracy rode up in a vintage car, and guests were ushered in to the sounds of a Scottish bagpiper. Their Muskoka farm ceremony was sweet and simple. We are so proud of the images Luca was able to capture. Their Muskoka reception followed in the rotunda room which has floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the highlands at Deerhurst Resort.
We loved everything about this Muskoka wedding, the bride and grooms attire, from the smokin’ low back wedding dress to the floral crown she wore, and the grooms stylish blue suit. The decor was the best I have seen in a long time. Elegant, modern and understated.
A BIG thank you to Luca for his amazing frames this time around. We fall more in love with your work the more we see it. Congratulations Tracy & Rob!
Cheers
& Ryan
