A few years ago Ryan and I went on a date kayaking to Toronto Island. The view of the city from the water is stunning and we always said we would shoot from a boat over looking Toronto. Since we don’t know anyone in Toronto with a boat we thought that the ferry to Toronto Island would work to get that same look. Karen and Ross are getting married in September their Muskoka wedding will be on the beautiful Big Win Island so we thought little city shoot for their engagement photos would be the perfect contrast.

Not only did the photos below turn out amazing, and Karen and Ross looked hotter than ever! But we had so much fun shooting on the ferry, and piling on board with about 200 other passengers on their way to Center island. After the 15 minute ride to and from the island we headed on over to Toronto’s Historic Distillery District to get some portraits with their puppy Loki.

Check out this awesome shoot!

Thanks Karen & Ross for choosing us to photograph your wedding and engagement photos, we can’t wait for your  Muskoka wedding in September!

Cheers

& Ryan
