It’s not too often that I get the chance to shoot a wedding with Jon Thorpe of Union Photography and it NOT be in Toronto. Horseshoe Valley Resort is such a great location, and its local to the Barrie area (only about a 20 minute drive outside.) It was nice to wake up in the morning and only drive a 20 mins to work.

I got to  photograph the guys, Russ is a huge Johnny Cash fan so during the getting ready pics that’s what we listened to. Shooting to music is great, I think I want to try shooting a whole wedding with my iPod on and see what I can come up with.

Later in the day Jon and I found this amazing canola field and shot pics of Sarah in it. She looked stunning out there, almost surreal.
