We have been shooting a lot lately, so much so that time spent away from the camera has been spent behind the desk editing, and it has been a pleasure. With so many fantastic couples we have met this year, the work load doesn’t seem like work at all. Actually Ryan and I have been eager to sift through the images after each session right away, no matter the time of night! Last week we got home late from a wedding and long drive and stayed up late into the morning hours just going through photos, and getting authentic enjoyment out of the part of our the job that some people might find dreadful. What we have learned over the years is that the best photos come from the couples who are happy go-lucky. The ones who care enough to make plans but roll with the punches if things are not perfect.
Sifei & Kai are one of those couples. They are easy going, and fun, and creative and their love shines through, they absolutely adore one another. It makes them so easy to photograph. For their Toronto pre-wedding/ engagement session we chose Trinity College , the University of Toronto and Canada’s Sugar Beach. When we arrived at the beach it was packed with people. But we all rolled with the punches and created some fun photos that make it seem like no one else was there at all. These images are among some of our favorites of 2014. These two love birds are getting married at McLean House on the Estates of Sunnybrook in Toronto. It is by far one of our favorite venues to photograph. We cannot wait to show off the wedding photos.
Happy Wedding Day Sifei & Kai!
Cheers
& Ryan
